Payment

  • Treatments and deliveries only take place against cash or PIN payments.
  • If desired, before a treatment a cost estimate can be made. Please note that an cost estimate is NOT a price agreement.
  • Insured animals: Clients of pet insurer Proteq must present their insurance card. Invoices over € 500 are declared directly by the clinic at Proteq. In all other cases, or by failure to produce your card, payment must be completed by cash or by PIN.
  • Returned drugs and/or opened goods (for example food bags) are not reimbursed.

The (treatment) contracts are subject to the General Conditions of the Koninklijke Nederlandse Maatschappij voor Diergeneeskunde, registred at the Arrondissementsrechtbank Utrecht under number 22/2008
