The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) applies from 25 May 2018. The AVG regulates the protection of personal data. Dierenkliniek Den Heuvel B.V. considers the protection of your personal data very important and is pleased to inform you about the way in which we handle your personal data by means of this privacy statement.

• referral of your pet to a specialist;
• invoice of treatment of your pet;
• to forward the data of your pet for an examination in connection with breeding suitability;
• to forward your data to a debt collection agency in the event of outstanding invoices;
• telephone or email contact;
• we improve the website through analysis of anonymous visitor/surfing behaviour on our website;
• in order to meet a statutory obligation, e.g. under the tax law.

Dierenkliniek Den Heuvel B.V. does not take any decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (considerable) consequences for individuals.
